Verjus is the rare juice of unripe grapes – milder than vinegar, finer than lemon. For the Souvenir du Rosé, Pinot Noir and Syrah grapes of Demeter quality are hand-picked in Ligerz. Refined with herbs and flowers, a unique, harmonious composition is created.

Handmade in Bern, without added sugar and without artificial flavors – for people who appreciate naturalness and clear aromas.

Usage

Pure as an alcohol-free aperitif or as a stylish accompaniment to light and robust dishes.
Lightly chilled, it appears fresh and lively; at room temperature, it develops its full aroma – ideally served in a sparkling wine glass.
