350 years of the New Castle
The village of Oberdiessbach was first mentioned in a marriage contract in 1218. In 1668, the new castle was built. For this reason, Oberdiessbach celebrated a double anniversary in 2018. With the aim of giving the village a gift in its anniversary year, associations, the church community, groups, and individuals came together and organized over 40 events for the village community. This book documents all events with pictures and text. The year 1018 will remain in the memory of the residents of Oberdiessbach in many different ways.
